These sound systems come completely assembled. All the internal wiring has been done by the manufacturer to save time and trouble. All you have to do is hook up the 2-part quick-connect wiring harness once, plug in the sound system and personal player and crank up the volume! 1. Connect the wiring harness with in-line fuse to bike's 12-volt electrical system. Effortless 2-wire hookup is a one-time thing! 2. Plug the wiring harness to the sound system. Snap-together hookup is a snap! 3. Plug in your AM/FM cassette player, CD player or MP3 player (not included) to the system and enjoy. Done? Simply unplug from the wring harness and carry the case with you to prevent theft. You don't have to remove the wiring harness from the bike! For 650cc and up 12-volt BMW, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha models. Pre-measure gas tank for appropriate system (sizes listed are approximate); system fits on your gas tank. System should NOT BE USED if it covers gas-tank-mounted speedometer.
