PERFORMANCE HEADER KIT For 4- and 6-cylinder cars, trucks, vans and SUVs Get more horsepower, better gas mileage and a smoother running engine! Custom fit for easy installation Gives more power per dollar than any other single modification. A "must" for 4- and 6-cylinder engines, as these engines are equipped with a restrictive exhaust manifold that limits engine operating efficiency and results in sluggish performance. Header lets engine "breathe" better and operate more efficiently. Improves acceleration, ensures better gas mileage and a cooler running engine. You can gain more horsepower over stock equipment with a well-tuned or slightly modified engine. MIG welded of heavy steel with flanges made to exact thickness of stock exhaust manifold. This permits installation for any stock or modified intake manifold, using stock hardware and only one stock gasket, without shims. For straight 6-cylinder and 4-cylinder one header included; for V6 two headers included (except where noted). Depending on application, headers not equipped with smog fittings. Header is 14-gauge steel and features 3/8" flange plate and welded O-ring with extra-thick, high-temperature gasket. All mounting hardware, gaskets and instructions included. Significantly increases HP and fuel economy. 50-state legal (C.A.R.B. E.O. #D-200-15 and D-200-20). Smog legal?equipped with all emissions hookups. Available with or without smog fittings for air-injection hookup. Depending on application, connector pipes also included. F.I.=Fuel Injected. Sets with smog fittings shipped separately from factory.
